The hotel is located approximately 8 miles from the A75 - the main route across Dumfries and Galloway from Gretna to Stranraer.

Follow the A75 west towards Stranraer, bypassing Dumfries, Castle Douglas, Gatehouse of Fleet and Newton Stewart. Approximately 7 miles past Newton Stewart you will see a brown sign indicating a right-hand turn for Three Lochs Caravan Park. Take this turning (also marked Dirnow) and follow the hill road for 4 miles. On reaching the T-junction at the telephone box, turn left and follow this road for about 4 miles. Look out for the brown hotel sign and turn right, bearing left up the driveway.
